Cyber Crime International Investigators Council™ offers a wide – variety of professional investigation services to Individuals, Corporate, and Government Law Enforcement Authorities across the globe. Prominent Private Cyber Investigators who are members of CCIIC ™ from over 58 countries framed the bylaws of the council. The code of conduct of the members of the Council is supervised by the following committees:

  1. Disciplinary Committee
  2. Executive Committee
  3. Education Committee
  4. Finance Committee
  5. Encryption Records Committee

All the committees are appointed by the Governing Council. The tenure of the Committee members is 3 years. The secretary of each committee is elected by the members of the Committee, and the secretary’s tenure is 4 years.

Chairman of the Cyber Crime International Investigators Council™

The Chairman of the Council is elected by the members of the Cyber Crime International Investigators Council™. The tenure of the Chairman is 5 years, a chairman can be re-elected only once in his lifetime.

Qualifications of the Chairman:

  1. Must be above 45 Years of Age with a Maximum Age limit of 65 years.
  2. Must be a Lawyer with a recognized LLB degree.
  3. Must be certified in Blockchain by IBM or Equivalent and along with an Encryption Expert Certificate from any reputed Institute
  4. Must have a Master’s Degree in Finance or an MBA in Finance
  5. Must have handled at least 10 major Cyber Investigation Cases preceding his appointment
  6. A minimum of 15 years of Industry Experience including Academia
