Cyber Crime International Investigators Council™ offers a wide – variety of professional investigation services to Individuals, Corporate, and Government Law Enforcement Authorities across the globe. Prominent Private Cyber Investigators who are members of CCIIC ™ from over 58 countries framed the bylaws of the council. The code of conduct of the members of the Council is supervised by the following committees:
- Disciplinary Committee
- Executive Committee
- Education Committee
- Finance Committee
- Encryption Records Committee
All the committees are appointed by the Governing Council. The tenure of the Committee members is 3 years. The secretary of each committee is elected by the members of the Committee, and the secretary’s tenure is 4 years.
Chairman of the Cyber Crime International Investigators Council™
The Chairman of the Council is elected by the members of the Cyber Crime International Investigators Council™. The tenure of the Chairman is 5 years, a chairman can be re-elected only once in his lifetime.
Qualifications of the Chairman:
- Must be above 45 Years of Age with a Maximum Age limit of 65 years.
- Must be a Lawyer with a recognized LLB degree.
- Must be certified in Blockchain by IBM or Equivalent and along with an Encryption Expert Certificate from any reputed Institute
- Must have a Master’s Degree in Finance or an MBA in Finance
- Must have handled at least 10 major Cyber Investigation Cases preceding his appointment
- A minimum of 15 years of Industry Experience including Academia
